Consulting & onboarding
Our senior team members review best practices with clients and advise on strategies for the optimal use of technology to enhance the case strategy or the client's practice. Our consultants offer fundamental workflow and process recommendations while also providing hands-on services for designations, trial exhibits and other tasks that over-burden case teams.
At the outset of a software engagement, our professionals meet with clients to discuss project goals and expectations, capacity planning, case pipelines and the training and adoption strategy. These discussions are the pillars for our seamless implementations of the software and vast growth rates. During a formal case consultation meeting, the Opus 2 team will help clients to define the specific requirements for the workspaces and the related projects.

Opus 2's project management services are variable to the precise needs of each client -- from complete management of workspaces, to ad hoc litigation support projects that augment in-house teams, such as designation services. In addition to overseeing the preparation, launch, training and maintenance of client workspaces (cases), our project managers also support our vast array of content management services.
Our content management services are an integral part of our approach. We don't merely load data into a software platform and walk away. Opus 2 advises on data transfers from eDiscovery platforms (via integrations or exports) and migrations from network drives and legacy software. Our teams advise on metadata fields to maintain as well as field mapping and overlays. In preparation for data ingestion into our workspaces, our client services department handles file conversions, indexing, OCR, folder structures, tagging, document productions, exhibit linking and various other content management services that optimize the user experience. Lastly, at the close of a case, our team assists with data exports and case archival services.
Training & support
All Opus 2 employees strive for excellence, including our training and support teams. We deliver software training programs that have been carefully tailored to each client's specific workflows, processes and existing tools. Our technical team members troubleshoot technical questions, offer application support, assist with workspace security and access, and provide quick instruction on key features. Careful cross-training across our client services departments helps each team member to gain a deeper understanding of the optimal guidance to provide each client.
Our electronic integration services make testimony come alive
Opus 2 is the expert in capturing testimony and uniting it with key litigation content, such as referenced exhibits, digital recordings and supporting documentation. As part of our International Deposition Services, Opus 2 can deliver a multimedia package of the testimony, including the final transcript, referenced exhibits or documents, and the video synchronized to the transcript.
